Poetry Out Loud 2026–2027 Regions 6 + 8 Registration

Thank you for your interest in participating in Poetry Out Loud 2026–2027!

The Northeast Louisiana Arts Council is coordinating Poetry Out Loud for both Region 6 and Region 8 this school year.

This form is for schools, organizations, homeschool groups, and other eligible educational settings that intend to participate or would like to begin the registration process.

Participation deadline: Monday, December 7, 2026

You do not need to have your student representative selected yet. At this stage, we simply need to know that your school or organization plans to participate and who our primary coordinator should be.

Regions 6 and 8 will compete separately, with a champion from each region advancing to the Louisiana Poetry Out Loud State Competition.
