Our mission at the Arts Council is really made up of three big things that encompass all we do: Support, PROMOTE & Educate! We are excited to be able to support our local artists, arts organizations and regional arts community in a variety of ways.

Culuralyst is that magical platform that does a lot of different things while ALSO helping us fulfil our mission! Artists and arts organization can set up a FREE profile (or hyperlink to their own websites or social media - we love options) on this platform that's housed on our website so that we can better PROMOTE you, your work and your programming! You can even add your own arts related events to the arts community calendar, which has a statewide (and beyond) reach!

Twice a month we send out am e-newsletter to our membership and followers to let them know what's coming up in the Region 8 arts community, because there is ALWAYS something going on! If you want to get your arts event in the newsletter, just send the information AND a graphic to info@nelaarts.org and we will make sure it's entered!
