The Northeast Louisiana Arts Council's Artist Spotlight Pop-Ups provide artists, makers, authors, and creative entrepreneurs with opportunities to showcase and sell their work directly to the public from our Downtown West Monroe facility.
Selected participants may host one-, two-, or three-day pop-up activations while keeping 100% of their sales revenue.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
What Is An Artist Spotlight Pop-Up?
Artist Spotlight Pop-Ups are small-scale, short-term retail and exhibition opportunities designed to help regional creatives connect with the public, grow their audience, and generate income.
Unlike large vendor markets, Artist Spotlight Pop-Ups focus on one featured artist, maker, or creative entrepreneur at a time.
Participants may choose:

✓ Two-Day Pop-Up
✓ Three-Day Pop-Up
Available days include:
Tuesday • Wednesday • Thursday

Eligible applicants include:
- Visual Artists
- Authors
- Illustrators
- Ceramic Artists
- Jewelry Makers
- Fiber Artists
- Printmakers
- Mixed Media Artists
- Creative Entrepreneurs
- Other Arts-Based Makers
Eligibility Requirements:
To participate, applicants must:
✓ Maintain an active Northeast Louisiana Arts Council Artist Membership ($31.80 per year)
✓ Maintain a published Culturalyst profile
✓ Submit a completed application
✓ Provide images of work intended for sale
✓ Agree to all participation guidelines
Participant Benefits:
Keep 100% of Your Sales. The Arts Council does not collect commissions on Artist Spotlight Pop-Up sales.
Downtown Visibility. Showcase your work in a highly visible arts-and-culture-focused environment.
Community Engagement. Connect directly with visitors, patrons, collectors, and supporters.
Marketing Support. Selected participants may be featured through Arts Council marketing channels including social media, newsletters, and website promotion.

- Applications are accepted year-round.
- Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
- Pop-up dates are scheduled based on Arts Council availability.
- Artists are responsible for all sales transactions.
- Artists are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable taxes.
- Artists are responsible for setup and teardown.
- Artists must provide their own payment processing system if accepting credit cards.
- Artists are independent participants and are not employees or representatives of the Northeast Louisiana Arts Council.
