The Book'd Literary Arts Festival will be held in Ouachita Parish Saturday, November 1, 2025, exact location to be announced. It takes a team of dedicated volunteers to produce any event, and we are so grateful that you want to be part of our team! Our highest volunteer need will be on Saturday, November 1, 2025.
Every volunteer role is important to the Festival's success. Monitors assist with line control and author signings at the venue while providing exceptional service to attendees. Rovers fill Festival needs and help with set up and clean up of the Festival site. Managers are our eyes and ears to venue events and work with monitors to ensure events run smoothly.
Volunteer positions require you to attend a pre-festival training at the Arts Council and/or at the festival venue. Dates and times of these trainings will be available in fall of 2025. Please be flexible when choosing your volunteer shift as times are subject to change dependent on the Festival's needs.
