Exhibition Terms (Summary)
- Delivery & Pick-up: Artists are responsible for drop-off and pick-up during the scheduled windows. Shipping to/from the venue, if used, is at the artist’s expense. Works left beyond the pickup window become the property of the Arts Council.
- Presentation: Works must arrive ready to install. The Council reserves the right to decline works that differ materially from the submission or are unsafe to display.
- Reproduction Permission: By submitting, artists grant the Council a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use images of accepted work for promotion, documentation, educational programming, and reporting related to Parish Lines (credit will be given).
- Sales & Payments: Sales (if enabled) will be processed by the Council; commissions will be deducted and balances remitted within [XX] days after exhibition close.
- Liability: The Council and venue will exercise reasonable care; however, artists assume risk for loss/damage not covered by venue insurance. (See Insurance note above.)
- Code of Conduct: Harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated. The Council reserves the right to remove works or participants who violate policies.
